Enable linking on fields rather than records
Currently, to link records, you create a parent form, then a link field. Child records are then either created or from the parent form or selected off the child form. The related records show on the parent form, but not the child form on a given linked record.
I'd like to see the link on a key field rather than manually selecting records. I know that is very 'SQL', but it seems more useful so that a link could be established from either the parent form or the child form.

Definitely something I'd like to add. Inverse relationships and linking by the value of a field in another form. For example, if the parent form has a field called Country and you have a City form with a Country field also, then the parent record could show all the cities for whatever country value is in the Country field of the parent record. This could maybe be extended to use an interface similar to the current Saved Search feature whereby you can specify a variety of comparisons depending on the type of parent and child fields you're comparing. E.g. fetch all child records where the child record's dates fall between a parent record's Start Date and End Date fields. Good one.
